Trekking Equipments  
 

A good list of equipments can be made by taking into consideration the time of the trek, weather, altitude, region, & the numbers of days for trekking. What you have to carry also depends upon whether you will arrange for everything, or you’ll hire equipment & clothing upon arrival in Nepal, or you prefer your travel company do all needful.

If you’ve book a trip with us, we’ll arrange for equipments, & manpower to carry them. You only need to carry a backpack containing your personal stuffs like money, camera, or other papers.

Some of the essential items for a typical trek in the Himalayan Region:

• Duffel or Rucksack bag

• Daypack

• Down Jacket • 4 seasons Sleeping bag • Hiking pants

• Waterproof jacket

• Full - sleeves shirt

• Jumper or pile jacket

• T - shirts

• Trekking boots (water proof is recommended)

• Light cotton socks for under wool socks

• Woollen socks to wear with boots

• Sun hat

• Gloves

• Goggles or sunglasses

• Water bottle

• Medical & first aid kit

• Flash light

• Batteries and bulbs

• Personal toiletries and medication which should be labeled.
